All payments should go through our secure escrow system. Never send money directly to a seller via bank transfer, crypto, or gift cards.
Check Seller Trust Score
Review the seller's trust score, transaction history, and reviews. ID-verified sellers have completed Stripe Identity verification.
Consider Premium Protection
For high-value bookings, Premium Protection provides automatic refunds if the seller doesn't respond within 72 hours.
For Sellers
Verify Transferability
Before listing, confirm that your booking can be transferred or the name can be changed. Check with your airline, hotel, or provider.
Provide Accurate Details
List all relevant details honestly — dates, times, restrictions, and any conditions. Inaccurate listings may be flagged by our AI and removed.
Respond Promptly
Complete transfer steps within 48 hours. Delays can trigger automatic reminders and may escalate to disputes.
Upload Clear Proof
When uploading transfer proof, ensure screenshots clearly show the buyer's name on the booking. Our AI will verify the proof automatically.
Complete ID Verification
Get ID-verified to boost your trust score and attract more buyers. Verification is fast and secure through Stripe Identity.
